The Project involves the development of the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) Special Economic Zone (SEZ) – Agro-Industrial and Information Technology Park. The development of UPLB SEZ will consist of research & development zones and venues for school activities, recreation services, and other convenience that will provide opportunities for UPLB constituents. It is envisioned to be the preferred destination of locators looking to take advantage of a robust academe industry partnership.
