University of the Philippines Tacloban College – Administration, Innovation, Research Building
The UPTC Sta. Elena Campus Administration, Innovation and Research Building (AIR Building) is the relocated UPTC campus at Barangay Sta. Elena. The Sta. Elena property is a 114- hectare property composes of three major land parcels in a more disaster-resilient location in the northern part of Tacloban City. Built to withstand the elements and sustain the administrative offices as well as the research and innovation programs and units of UP Tacloban. The AIR building is ongoing construction, and the process of building is projected to be 2025.
